Sportradar World Cup Prediction Game Privacy Notice

1.1. Sportradar Group AG and its subsidiaries (together referred to as "Sportradar", "we", "us", or the "Company") respect your privacy and personal data. You are registering to participate in a prediction game during the World Cup on our LAOLA1 website ("World Cup Prediction Game") which is intended to promote engagement and provide an enjoyable activity for our employees.

Please read through this Privacy Notice (hereinafter referred to as "Notice") to learn about the collection and processing of your personal data when you decide to participate in the World Cup Prediction Game. Personal data means any information which allows Sportradar to directly or indirectly identify you. This Notice explains how we process your personal data when you create an account and participate in the World Cup Prediction Game.
1.3. This Notice applies where Sportradar acts as a controller of the personal data collected and processed by us during the World Cup Prediction Game. This means that this Notice applies where Sportradar determines the purposes and means of the processing of your personal data.

3.1. For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?
We process your personal data for the purpose of offering you the opportunity to participate in the World Cup Prediction Game, which includes registration/account creation, participation in the World Cup Prediction Game and leaderboard and winner draw.

We rely on our legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and other applicable laws as the lawful basis for the processing activities described in this Notice.
More specifically, we process your personal data in order to offer you the opportunity to participate in the World Cup Prediction Game, which is intended to promote engagement and provide an enjoyable activity for our employees.

5. International Data Transfers
Where your personal data is collected within the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, Australia or another jurisdiction with data export restrictions and transferred to a country that has not been recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
· transferring personal data to countries that have been recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection by the European Commission, the UK Government, the Swiss Federal Council, the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority ("ANPD") or other competent authority, as applicable;
· entering into standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner ("FDPIC") and/or the ANPD, together with any supplementary technical and organisational measures required, with recipients located in countries outside the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland or Brazil; and
· for transfers from Australia, taking reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle your personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, in accordance with APP 8.

Sportradar has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk involved, in order to protect your personal data against a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, your personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed. Sportradar's employees are required to keep personal data confidential.
7. How Long Is Your Personal Data Kept?
Your personal data will be retained for 1 year.

Once you have provided us with your personal data, you may request to exercise your data protection rights under applicable laws and regulations, such as, among others:
· right of access to your personal data;
· right of rectification or correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

· right of restriction of, or to object to, the processing of your personal data, including the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to opt out of profiling and automated decision-making where required by law;
